Dewey's pizza was founded in 2003 on a simple belief: great pizza starts with great ingredients. Our founder, Dave "Dewey" Morrison, grew up watching his grandmother hand-stretch dough every Sunday morning in a small Columbus kitchen. That ritual — the smell of yeast, the warmth of a brick oven, the gathering of neighbors — became the soul of deweys pizza.
What began as a single storefront on N High St in Worthington quickly earned a loyal following. Locals who once stumbled in for a quick slice became regulars, then advocates, then friends. Today, deweys continues that same tradition — sourcing local produce, partnering with Ohio dairy farms, and hand-crafting every crust from scratch, daily.
